Bear in mind that my device has been bricked for 6 months, and they delayed issuing the RMA for more than a month.
After following all instructions, I sent it into ASUS.Ģ weeks later, I call them back, after having no response and no movement on the offered repairs, and have been told that it is out of warranty, despite the issued RMA, and they will not repair it unless I pay them 200 dollars. I gave them my serial number and warranty card information, and was then issued an RMA. I contacted ASUS several times, and was given the runaround, before they finally told me I would need to send it in for repairs. How many other people have had this issue?
